No trivia tonight -- as many of you know, Olivia is involved with some pretty shady underground trivia leagues. Let's just say her latest trivia themes rubbed "The Boss" the wrong way and she's going to be MIA for a couple weeks until things get sorted out.

The good news is Death Valley Haze is back on tap! One of our crowd favorite hazies -- this one is brewed a bit stronger than most at 7.9%, and features A LOT of Amarillo, Citra and Mosaic hops. Expect a big citrusy bomb of a beer here. Delicious.

Death Valley haze is on tap now, and is great for drinking while totally not worrying about Olivia's fate.

(She's fine. Probably.)

Trivia returns next Tuesday at 6:30. Drink beer in the meantime.

🎃 Come to Kite Hill on Wed., Oct 23 to get your pumpkin, some carving tools, and a pint of your favorite beer!
🎃 Carve your pumpkin and take a picture of it at the brewery.
🎃 Send us your pumpkin pictures.
🎃 We'll post the pictures on social media and let people vote for their favorite.

This Saturday we'll be opening our doors early ahead of the Clemson at Wake Forest football game. Beer will be pouring and the game will be on the big screen.

Stick around after the game for Korean BBQ tacos and roasted sweet potatoes, with all proceeds going to Manna FoodBank in Western NC, as well as our special release of Hope on the Hill, an absolutely delicious (and very pink) dragonfruit kolsch, with a portion of sales going to support the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Greenville organization.

In the beergarden, we'll be serving Korean BBQ tacos and roasted sweet potatoes with assorted sauces and toppings prepared by a very generous Clemson resident, professor, and Kite Hill regular -- JBF. Tacos are pay-what-you-want with a minimum suggested price of $5. ALL proceeds will go to Manna FoodBank in WNC, which is overwhelmed with trying to feed those who have been absolutely devasted by Hurricane Helene.

Inside, we'll be tapping and pouring a very special beer: Hope on the Hill Dragonfruit Kolsch. Breast cancer has impacted so many lives, including ours. A portion of all sales of this beer will go to support the American Cancer Society's Making Strides Greenville event.

Both fundraisers get started at 4pm. Come support two important causes at once.

Oktoberfest Day 2 begins today!

We're serving up beer brats all day long, with a German potato salad option if you'd like. Top it off with sauerkraut and mustard. Veggie brats also available!

Bring some friends and dive into the Mega-Charcuterie Pretzel -- a ONE POUND Bavarian pretzels served up with our own house-made spicy beer mustard, sauerkraut, cornichons, and an assortment of meats and cheeses, including our amazing pimento cheese, smoked gouda, Alp Blossom (a firm cheese similar to Swiss with dried flowers pressed into the rind), Landjaeger, Old Forest salami and a mustard seed summer sausage.

West End String Band will be here at 4 providing traditional bluegrass tunes until 7. Always a delight to have them here performing.

Stick around afterwards as Clemson travels to Tallahassee to take on Florida State. Kickoff is at 7 and we'll have it on the big screen.

All weekend long, we're selling our 2024 Oktoberfest stein. Buy the 20oz stein for $15 and we'll include a fill of your choice... then enjoy refills all weekend long at the price of a 16oz beer.

Oktoberfest 2024 is upon us! Join us for 3 days of beer, food, music and friendship. Whether you're looking for a distraction from the last week, or just ready to celebrate, Kite Hill has you covered.

We'll kick things off with a ceremonial tapping from Clemson mayor Robert Halfacre at 3, followed by the running of the 2nd annual Okto-Beer mile at 6. Even if you're not running, spectating a beer mile is a BLAST. Cecil Thompkins will be laying down the soundtrack afterwards.

We've got West End String Band on Saturday from 4-7 ahead of the Clemson matchup against FSU on the big screen.

Sunday we wrap things up in a major way, with the always amazing and always festive Foothills Oompah Band providing all the traditional German singalongs and drinking songs. We'll also be hoisting steins at 4:30 -- see if you can dethrone our 2-time champion!

Clemson Community Care is running low on food, and could use in-date, non-perishable food items, along with diapers, toiletries and baby formula. Let's see if we can't fill this box and many more.
